Advice Hub

Net Zero Leiston and Citizens Advice East Suffolk have launched a dedicated Energy Advice Hub in Leiston.

The service will help the local community tackle challenges associated with energy and heat loss from homes which can lead to health issues and financial burdens.

The partnership programme is expected to be in place for at least the next two years!

The Energy Advice Hub will offer a range of friendly, accessible advice, including:

• Hardship support (Surviving Winter Pension Age, Fuel Vouchers, grants)
• Help understand bills
• Energy Efficiency advice
• Support with supplier issues and complaints
• How to save money
• Debt advice
