Net Zero Leiston and Citizens Advice East Suffolk have launched a dedicated Energy Advice Hub in Leiston.

The service will help the local community tackle challenges associated with energy and heat loss from homes which can lead to health issues and financial burdens. The partnership launched in February 2025 for an initial 2-year period. Scroll down to find out more.

What does the programme offer?

The Energy Advice Hub will offer a range of friendly, accessible advice, including:

  • Hardship support (Surviving Winter Pension Age, Fuel Vouchers, grants)
  • Help understand bills
  • Energy Efficiency advice
  • Support with supplier issues and complaints
  • How to save money
  • Debt advice

Why is energy efficiency important?

Using less energy lowers your bills, shrinks your carbon footprint and helps tackle fuel poverty while supporting the journey to net zero.
