That’s a wrap on Great Big Green Week 2026, and what an amazing week it’s been!
We hosted four fantastic events across the week, from hands-on repair cafés to an inspiring film screening, there was truly something for everyone to get involved with.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, got stuck in, and helped make the week such a success.
And the best bit?
We’re doing it all again!

Film Screening: Power Station
A brilliant evening with 30 attendees, followed by an engaging panel discussion with lots of thoughtful questions.
Repair Café Success
We fixed 10 items, including a lawnmower and a carpet cleaner, saving them from landfill and giving them a second life.
Foster a Forest Launch
A fantastic start, with lots of trees already fostered! We can’t wait to get planting later this year.

Plenty of bikes were brought back to life with repairs and tune-ups, ready to hit the road again!
