Do you have a spare room? Or free garage/annexe? Want to earn some extra money?

The construction of Sizewell C will bring large numbers of workers into the area who will be in need of accommodation. If you have a spare room, free garage or annexe, in a property that you own, you can let this out to a Sizewell C worker.

If this free space is not currently at a lettable standard you may be able to apply for one of Sizewell C’s housing grants to help with the renovations.
